Can anyone advise if this is better (or worse) for you than still mineral water?

Since Mineral Water is also bubbly? (I don’t know if its carbonated or not?)
Does it stretch your stomach the same as Soda would ?

I keep hearing how carbonation is bad for you, but how?
Were studies talking about all forms of carbonation, or carbonated soft drinks ?
I drink mineral water often and I like it a lot, I’d hate it if that were horrible to my teeth too.

For the past few weeks iv been drinking about 3 bottles of Mineral aka soda aka carbonated water. Is this a healthy substitute for plain water? It contains chloride, sodium, magnesium, bicarbonate, calcium and potassium in fairly small amounts, so is this healthy or should i be looking for other alternatives to plain boring water?

if you just solely drink mineral water? I can’t stand drinking tap water. Not because it tastes bad
or I’m fearful of bacteria, but it’s just, well plain. I can slam Coke all day, my favorite beverage. But I
do not drink enough water, or as much as I should. I like S. Pellegrino because it is carbonated. I have the desire to drink that as opposed to having to drink tap water.
I used to drink Clearly Canadian- don’t know if any of you remember that flavored water. The cherry was the bomb, but now I can’t find it anywhere. Any thoughts on the mineral v.s. tap is appreciated.
I know, I know, I’m spending money for water. But if one tastes better than the free kind, I got to do it. Thanks!!

i know soda has a high caloric content. this has a lot to do with the sugar, but is it affected by the fact that soda is carbonated? in other words, if i drink sparkling mineral water that doesn’t have additional sugar in it, will it have more calories than regular water?

I drink a great deal of pop and my dentist keeps begging me to drink less soda and more water, as the pop is draining my teeth from minerals and causing me to get cavities. I don’t really like the taste of normal water but I could easily switch to drinking carbonated water. Would drinking this affect my teeth like pop does?

Fizzy mineral water is clearly acidic, since it contains "carbonic acid" in the form of carbon dioxide, so i have two questions really. Firstly, how much carbon dioxide is dissolved in mineral water on average? Secondly, given a certain concentration of carbon dioxide, how acidic does it make the water?

what i mean is can it be included in my 2 litres a day because it surely has no calories/fat or anything like that in it.
